Dealing with Loss

Experiencing loss is one of the hardest things we face as humans. Losing a loved one brings on a multitude of feelings.

In her book, Goodbye for Now, Welby O’Brien uses personal experience with her counseling back ground to help us walk through the stages of loss. She also supplies the necessary resources to handle all the paper work and planning needs we encounter. For me, those are usually the last things on my mind. Welby knows that and makes it easier for us by including those in her book, so we can focus on what is most important.
