Roz is Dean of the Chapel, Director of the Pohly Leadership Center, and a professor at United Theological Seminary.  He is the founding pastor of Embrace Church in Lexington, Kentucky and Mosaic Church in Beavercreek, Ohio.  An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church.  He leads a consulting group, Picardo Coaching, for church planters and pastors.
